Wednesday night paddle – members only

Ready to paddle at 18:00 so allow at least 20 minutes preparation. We will paddle upstream (usually) for 45 minutes then turn around. First km or two as a group then at own speed. Yarra tour group training – members only

In preparation for the Yarra paddles, Craig is running training sessions. Everyone is welcome to attend but the event is primarily aimed at training for those going on the tour. These sessions are particularly good for new members who want to build paddle fitness and participate in club tours.

Induction session 1 of 2 – training for new members

A three hour session that runs new members through the operations of the club and teaches basic paddling skills and water safety. Both session 1 and 2 are required. Sunday early social paddle – members only

On the water at 8 am. Assistance offered to get on the water Off the water at 10 am. Assistance offered to get off the water Paddle at your own pace and turn at the 1 hour mark. Buddy up with someone if that suits you. Excellent training for tours.

Yarra Paddle – members only

Sunday, 9 February, 2024, 9:00 am at ECC: Yarra River Putting in near Herring Island (near the eastern end of Alexandra Avenue). Total Distance: About 12 kilometres.
