A three hour session that runs new members through the operations of the club and teaches basic paddling skills and water safety. Both session 1 and 2 are required. On the water at 8 am. Assistance offered to get on the water Off the water at 10 am. Assistance offered to get off the water Paddle at your own pace and turn at the 1 hour mark. Buddy up with someone if that suits you
Ready to paddle at 18:00 so allow at least 20 minutes preparation. We will paddle upstream (usually) for 45 minutes then turn around. First km or two as a group then at own speed.
